How does Machine Load comprehend Production Orders?

Origin of Data for Machine Load

Machine Load works only with production orders open in the system (estimated or confirmed), consequently considering its delivery dates and its operations. It does not consider stocks, nor sales estimates, not to mention orders, as creating need is up to the MRP routine.

When starting the calculation for each production order, the machine load must know which script of operations to consider.

To this end, a search sequence exists for this script, until it is found:

1. The production order script (MATA650).
2. The default script of the production order Product (MATA010).
3. We determine script "01" (exactly thus).
4. If script "01" does not exist for the product (MATA632), you cannot calculate the allocation for this order.
