This module manages archives and its main focus is libraries. Through this module, you can control the following types of publications: books, periodicals, and dissertations/papers/monographs.

In this process, required data for archive cataloging are added, such as:
Transactions
The process of module movement comprises all operations of works and archive items, such as loans, returns, reservations, and item renewals.
By creating loan rules, the following items can be added value control, fine collection, number of days for loan validity, days allowed for late return, daily fines to generate financial bills, etc.
Discard enables you to inactivate a certain copy for any circulation or movement operation within the archive, registering the reason. Discarded is not handled as a deletion process.
Reasons for a discard are pre-registered by the customer, making the process flexible in any type of control.
In this process, archive publications are reserved, enabling reserved items to be displayed during service as well as users responsible for the reservation to have priority concerning these publications.
After defining loan rules, circulation process comprises the whole service, enabling the control of loans, returns, and publication renewals.
Financial Management
Archive Management module enables the financial control of loans. In Accounts Receivable, bills can be viewed. In Write-offs Receivable, you can write off bills receivable.
Queries
Archive Search searches publications, that is, enables you to view what is available. Thus, you can find books, periodicals and dissertations through certain information, such as title, subtitle, author, subject, etc., facilitating the archive service.
