Environment SIGAOMS - Distribution Management

This routine is used, in SIGAOMS environment, to register vehicle basic features; information used to generate manual and/or automatic loads, checking: weight, volume, and number of invoices ready to meet the specific routes.

Environment SIGATMS - Transportation Management

The routine allows, in the SIGATMS environment, to register vehicles used in transportation trips, emphasizing data related to vehicle, such as: model, plate, maximum capacity, driver, height, width, fleet, owner, maker, color, vehicle type, etc.

Tip:

It is possible to control the vehicle and drivers flow, registering their inflow, release for trips, and outflows. Thus, configure parameter MV_CONTVEI com .T. (True), this indicates that the control of vehicles and drivers flow is performed by routine Vehicles Flow.

Procedures

Adding vehicles:

1. In Vehicles, select option Add.

2. The system displays parameters screen.

Fill out data according to help instructions.

3. However, observe the completion of fields:

- Maximum Capacity

- Active Vehicle

- Fleet

- Owner/Store Owner

- Type of Vehicle

- Status

4. Check and confirm data.

SIGATMS X OPENTECH Integration

Integration between Transport Management module and the Open Tech enables the vehicle tracking in real. In the Vehicles register, the fields that contemplate this condition are:

Vehicle Code.
Model.
License Plate number.
Federative Unit.
State Description.
City Description.
Vehicle brand.
Brand Description.
Color.
Color Description.
Vehicle Type.
Type Description.
Chassis.
Renavam.
Fleet.
Quantity of axles.
