This routine generates newsletters from information of forms laid down by regulating authorities, for entitled corporations and rural producers. Up to the 10th business day of every month, these newsletters are sent to the Federal Police Department (DPF) with data of operations involving chemical products performed in the previous month.

These documents control the Inspection on Chemical Products which, directly or not, may be destined to illegal production of toxic or psychotropic substances, or even substances which may cause physical or psychic dependence.

Control Maps of Chemical Products comply with Ordinance 169, dated from February 21st 2003, by the Ministry of Justice, whose inspection agency is the Federal Police Department. Check out the most important appendixes of this Ordinance:

All information included in the maps is based on Inflow and Outflow Invoices.

Data on controlled chemical products are listed on this report, indicating the end product obtained and the substances found in each end product.

Procedures

To generate the Control Map of Chemical Products:

1. In Control Map of Chemical Products, click Parameters.
2. Configure them according to field help
3. Note the following data:

• Start Date / End Date: enter the date of the beginning/end of the period to be processed.
• From Group: enter the first group to be processed.
• To Group: enter the last group to be processed.
• Name of Person in Charge: enter the name of the person responsible for the company.
• CPF of Person in Charge: enter the CPF of the person responsible for the company.
• RG of Person in Charge: enter the RG of the person responsible for the company.
• State of Person in Charge: enter the State of the person responsible for the company.
• CLF: enter the Operation License Certificate number. It is issued by the Federal Police, which grants the company an authorization to negotiate with controlled chemical products.
• Activity: enter the company area of activity.
• Note: if some product loss has occurred, enter the reason.
• Map Model: enter desired appendix:

1- Appendix XI-A.

2- Appendix XI-B.

3- Appendix XI-C.

4- Appendix XI-D.

5- Appendix XI-E.

• Print Appendix XI-G?: enter whether you wish to print appendix XI-G, which refers to chemical product residues.

4. Check and confirm the printing.
