1. The logged user must have permission to access F12 key functionalities.

2. Upon pressing F12 the 25 – Showcase/Closeout Sale Product option is displayed.

3. Type in the code 25 and enter the product type: Regular, Showcase or Closeout Sale. In case of a sale of an item other than Regular, you are required to fill out the Part Note

4. Confirm it.

5. On the sales screen, select and confirm a product.

Important:

The F12 + Option 25 + Showcase/Closeout Sale Data procedure must be repeated for each item defined as other than Regular, even when such items belong in a single sale.

6. Finalize the sale normally.

7. Click View. For each item identified as Showcase or Closeout Sale, the Part Type and Part Note fields are recorded.

Assisted Sales

  1. On the Items (Products) screen, the following fields are shown in the Grid: Part Type and Part Note.
  2. Enter in the Part Type field an option among Regular, Showcase or Closeout Sale and fill out the Part Note
  3. Finalize the sale. Press F7 to select the form of payment and F5 to save the sale.
  4. Click View. For each item identified as Showcase or Closeout Sale, the Part Type and Part Note fields are recorded.
