This routine associates the components to complexity items, that is, informs if that component can vary among simple, medium, or difficult, informing different hours for each type of complexity.



Procedures

To configure Complexity Items in the Invoicing environment, use Update.

  1. In CRM Simulator, click on Complexity Items. Then click Configure.
  2. The system displays a screen with different levels of complexity of the component.
  3. Select complexity item desired.
  4. Confirm it.
