This routine will be used as base upon simulation of service hours, will work as a template so the salesperson may simulate without being from scratch.
The model is comprised by EDTs and tasks.
Tasks are associated to compositions and to the task type, each of its hours are individually calculated.
The EDT hours total is comprised by the amount of hours of associated tasks.
In this register is also possible to define which will be the predecessor tasks, that is, inform which tasks must previously exist, from that, it must be mandatory.
Besides, this routine calculates questions answered for the model and/or questions, according to configured on the original model.
Important: The question button on the model register intends to relate the existing questions to the project changed. |
Procedures
To register Models on the Invoicing environment, click Updates:
- In CRM - Simulator, click Models. Subsequently, click Add, or Change structure (if there are registers already registers on the base). The system displays the addition or change screen.
- Complete the data according to field help instructions.
- Check data and confirm.
Related Features / Commercial Proposal Procedures
- Place the pointer in a task;
- Access the Commercial Proposal option available in Other Actions and view on the screen the questions board that make the EDT browse structure easier;
- Enable it by double-clicking to mark the option;
- To confirm, click
- The project is automatically adjusted.
- Placed on a EDT, right-click it and view the option Change Position;
- On the next screen, place the order as you wish.
- View the Save Button or Save / update button options, considering that the first one saves changes but does not save it on the structure immediately, the second one saves changes and update the project.
- Placed on a EDT, right-click it and view the option Delete Multiples;
- Select the EDTs or Tasks to delete.
- Right-click it again and select from Confirm, Cancel or Clear;
Related Features / Duplicated Components Procedure
- View on screen the duplicated items. Double-click the items you wish to delete from the project;
- To confirm, click OK and items will not be carried to the new project.
Related Features / Copy Project Procedures
- Use this option upon using an existing service proposal;
- View the screen to enter the project code used in this copy;
- Enter the code or use the standard query to search the project;
- To confirm, click OK;
- For any new project assign a name, that can be used on search, optimizing location.
Related Features / Select Models Procedures
- On the service proposal, select this option;
- On the screen, indicate the model used on service proposal;
- To confirm, click OK;
- On the next screen viewed, select the model to be loaded from:
The Manual option allows to select parts of the model you wish to use;
Mark the EDTs and Tasks to be used;
To confirm, click OK;
The option Complete, displays question screens that help on forming the structure wished;
Releated Features / Export Project to Excel Procedures
- This option allows to export the project to Excel;
Report Project quoted hours x Official project
- By activating this option, all project information are loaded;
- With it, quantity information of planned hours for the project and hours effectively performed are displayed on Excel or on the screen view;
Definitions Procedures
- View in this option the screen containing products used on the project with the transfer registered on the entity and its work shift;
- Configure the shift on the MV_FATTRDE parameter;
- By confirming, the transfer calculation is distributed on the project, updating it;
