The shared sale is characterized by organizations with the following structure:

• The Sales Department is centralized for all branches of the company.
• Inventory control is made exclusively for each branch.

The process of shared sale is made from the sale estimate and must follow this procedure:

Maintenance is done through estimates routine and sales approval that, after the approval, provides the sale for each branch that will perform the stock move. For such, the following tables are shared:

• SCJ - Sale Estimates
• SCK - Items of the Sale Estimate
• SCL - Sub-Items of the Sale Estimate
• SF4 - Inflow and Outflow Types
• SB1 - Products File
• SE4 - Payment Terms
• SBM - Products Group
• SBH - Unit of Measurement
• DA0/DA1 - Price List

Due to the different types of businesses, some variables are treated specifically according to the needs of the customer in question. Therefore, some tables have not been included in the process of shared sale. However, they do not interfere in the processing. The variables are:

• Sales Representatives
• Commission Percentages, in the item and in the header.

Warning

Under no circumstances can the Sales Orders (SC5) and Sales Order Items (SC6) files be shared and leave the exclusive inventory. This operation causes serious losses to MRP, Tracking and Addressing Control.
