The control of the Multi Field format is available in the Grid object. It aims at serving the routines using the Products Grid object, with fields control in direct relationship and that must enable the edition of these different fields by the same grid screen.

Parameter MV_GRDMULT defines the programs that use this format.

The fields Quantity (C6_QTDVEN) and Unitary Price (C6_PRCVEN) have direct relation and are available in the Grid in multi field format.

Tip:

The display of the Grid Screen in this format is conditioned to the adaptation of the program that uses the object, that is, first, this feature is not available for all the routines using the Grid Object. This feature is available only for Sales Orders with deployment estimation in other routines as it is demanded.



Procedures

In Invoice with Control of Grid in Multi Field Format click Add.

  1. View the screen with the Sales Orders Click Add.
  2. Enter all header data. In the order items, enter a grid reference.
  3. Enter the content in the fields Quantity or Unitary Price.
  4. View the screen for distribution of values in the products grid.
  5. Note the screen of the Grid controls these fields at the same time.
  6. Note the application rules of the Price, Discounts and Optional Price Tables continue to be applied for:

Addition of the Sales Order with Price Table.

  1. Register the Prices Table with some grid products.
  2. Add a Sales Order by using the Price Table registered and note when adding quantity to the grid, in the items registered there, the Unitary Price starts according to table price. Enter information for the others.
  3. After saving the information, note the field List Price (C6_PRUNIT) stores the table price of each item according to the field concept.
  4. If the price of one of the items with price table is changed, the difference of the total value is displayed in the Order footer, as discount or increase, following the existing concept in the Sales Order.



Addition of the Sales Order with Header Discount

  1. Add a Sales Order indicating the Price Table used and enter the discounts in the Order header and then distribute the quantities in the grid. Check the application of the discount according to routine rule.
  2. After saving the information, note the field List Price (C6_PRUNIT) stores the table price of each item according to the field concept and values calculated with the discount.



Addition of Sales Order with item discount

  1. Add a Sales Order and indicate the quantity of the grid, apply the discount in the Sales Order item. The discount percentage must be applied to each item of the grid.
  2. The System does not enable you to change the unitary price of the any grid item, because as the discount percentage applies to all, they cannot be changed. An explanation is displayed.



Addition of Sales Order with Grid item with Sales Order optional

  1. Register a optional group with optional items with sales price.
  2. Add a structure for one of the items of the Products Grid and related the structure items to the optional group items.
  3. Add a sales order and, when indicating the quantity for the item with the structure registered with optionals, you must select the desired optional. Check that, after selecting it, the sales price is automatically added, and the unitary price is defined in the selected optional.

, the system indicates the sum of the selected optional value.
