The Collect ISS field (C5_RECISS) is used to indicate, in the sales order entry, if the ISS is withheld in the operation, regardless of the configuration entered in customer/suppliers file.

Thus, if field ISS Collection of Customer Files is filled out with 2 = No and field ISS Collection of sales order header is configured with 1=Yes, the system disregards the information of Customer File. The same status occurs in the Supplier File.
