Here you inform the codes of project, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and task to be associated with the outbound document.

The association of project with outbound document has two functionalities defined by the Proj. Mov. field (F4_MOVPRJ), from the TIO Register:

• 1 - Expense (Add Cost to the Project)

This is used when the product item leaves the stock and is sent to the project; its cost is then added to a project task.

Note: Expenses can only be associated with tasks. If associated with a WBS, this option is not considered.

• 2 - Income

This is used when the product item is part of the project billing, thus generating the project income.

Note: Project incomes can be associated with tasks or WBSs.
