This parameter offers treatment for the balances reserve in the transference between warehouses. When the transference between warehouses is activated using configuration of parameter Warehouse Transfer, using F12 key, it transfers the quantities of a warehouse with balance for the order and makes the reserve of these quantities.
Practical Application
1. Configure following parameters with contents:
2. Register a new product and add start balance of 100 for the warehouse 50.
3. In routine Sales Order, configure initial parameters [F12] key with the following content:
4. Add sale order for new product entering the quantity 110 for warehouse 01.
5. After order is added, the warehouse balances are as follow:

6. In the Sale Order release, configure parameters [F12] key with following content:
7. Open, by routine Query/Genetics, table SB2 (Financial and Physical Balance).
8. Confirm that the warehouse balance was transferred to warehouse 01 (warehouse informed in the sale order) and the quantity was reserved.

9. The sales order is released in stock (only the quantity available in stock and not quantity of sale order).
Observe that the reserved quantity was not the total quantity of item, which was of 110, but the balance of product in stock, which was 100. |
