This option is used so orders, even blocked by credit analysis, are released for invoicing.

The manual analysis releases the order under any circumstance, even with negative stock (as long as the parameter MV_ESTNEG is on).


Tip:

Using option Users Password, in the Configuration environment, the system administrator can configure the access/restriction to this option, for data security purposes, once the manual procedure forces the release of the order blocked by credit.



Procedures

To automatically release the customer credit:

1. In the Order Credit Analysis maintenance window, the system displays the routine parameter screen to define the view mode, that is, if it displays only orders with credit block or all of them.

2. Configure parameter and confirm it.

The system displays the orders screened according to the parameter context.

3. Select desired order and then option Manual.

The credit release screen comes up.

4. In the screen central area, the customer financial data are displayed, such as credit limit, amount of released orders, higher trade note, average of past due invoices, etc.

5. The screen bottom area displays the following buttons:

This button view customer status.

This button queries customer file.

This button displays the customers' sale order.

This button presents the products' stock status.

This button releases credit.

This button rejects credit release.
