This option is used to eliminate residues (balances) from product's reserves made in stock and that were not fully written off, thus, releasing the balance of reserved items.

Procedures

To eliminate residues of reserve registration:

1. In Reserve Control, select option Cleanup.

The system displays the window Reserves Control - Eliminate Residues, displaying the product data, warehouse, quantity (reserve balance), expiring date, original quantity, etc.

2. Click OK to confirm it.

The reserve is made, providing the residues balance for the stock.
