The screen bottom part displays some folders as follow:

Totals Folder

The system displays the amounts related to the invoice totals.

Customer/Supplier Information Folder

The system displays the Customer/Supplier data.

Click Further Information to view data from this customer/supplier; the procedures are similar to the ones adopted for the system query. For further information, query items View Customer Status or View Supplier Status.

Discount/Freight/Expenses Folder

The system displays new screen for information of data related to freight type and respective amounts.

Trade Notes Folder

This folder displays data from trade notes generated by the invoice. The payment term and the nature for trade note generation must be selected. If TIO entered is configured to generate trade notes, the field payment term becomes required. In the other hand, if TIO does not generate trade notes, the fields of this folder become disabled.

Tax Records Folder

It displays entries registered in tax records due to Invoice.

Tax Folder

The system displays new screen to check tax amounts already calculated. To edit any tax data, double click on it.

Tax/Rate/amount Tax Basis: These fields display tax amounts, according to TIO.
