This routine enables the file generation for DIM (Declaration of Municipal Information) import. DIM is a monthly declaration of any kind of services rendered and/or taken from the City of São Luís - MA. The program available in the system contains information uniquely referred to the Tax Records module.

DIM validator – Sao Luis does not overlay imports. Therefore, if the period's imports are already completed, delete the transactions before performing the new import.

To whom it is applicable	Companies and entities, private or not, established in São Luís - MA, including entities and institutions of the Direct and Indirect Union Administration and State of Maranhão, established in São Luís City.
Purpose	To make easy and streamline the tax obligations accomplishment in the Municipal Legislation of Taxes on Any Kind of Services - ISSQN, making available to the corporate entities subject to these obligations resources and information for Monthly Declaration of Services, Documents Print and Declaration of Spontaneous Denunciation, contributing to the continuous improvement of their business administration.
Jurisdiction	Municipal – São Luís – Maranhão
Delivery Term	Monthly, expiring on the day 12th of the month subsequent to the one occurring the service rendering.

Types of Records Created

Register Type H - Taxpayer Identification

Information is generated according to the parameters filling of the program Company City Registration? and Version?.

Register Type E - Invoices Issued

This record is based on service invoices included in the Tax Record table (outflow documents), according to some restrictions:

It is considered the period entered in the first question screen, indicating Start Date and End Date;
It is considered the CFOPs starting by a number higher or equal to five;
Tax document series is entered according to the configuration of the parameter MV_SERDIM;
The tax document model is always entered with blank spaces, according to information in the Data Import Guide of DIM;
The documents canceled are presented with zeroed values.

Register Type D - Deduction of Materials of the Issued Invoice of Civil Construction

This record is based on service invoices included in the Tax Records table (outflow documents), according to some restrictions.

Register Type R - Invoices Received

This record is based on service invoices included in the Tax Record table (inflow documents), according to some restrictions:

It is considered the period entered in the first question screen, indicating Start Date and End Date;
CFOPs starting by a number lower than five are considered.
Tax document series is entered according to the configuration of the parameter MV_SERDIM;
The tax document model is always entered with blank spaces, according to information in the Data Import Guide of DIM.

Important:

The service code must be indicated according to table 4.7 from Data Import Manual of DIM version 6.00.01.
