Procedures
Generating a load:
1. In Load Assembly, fill out the parameters according to field help instructions.
2. Check data and confirm them.
The loads generated are displayed on the screen according to the parameterization made.
3. Select Shipment.
A screen is displayed to configure the type of load to be generated.
4. Select the check box of the option you want.
If no check box is selected, load is assembled without restriction concerning the type of load: dry, refrigerated, etc.
5. Check data and confirm them.
The shipment screen is displayed subdivided into five blocks in order to facilitate information management.
- Available Load Block (Left Upper Block)
- Route Block (Right Upper Block)
- Zone Block (Left Middle Block)
- Sector Block (Right Middle Block)
- Order Block (Lower Block)
The stages of load assembly process are independent. It means that the system enables you to select routes, zones, sectors, and orders according to your needs. Thus, you can:
If orders of a customer that does not have routing registered (that is, there is no reference of routes, zones, or sector for this customer) are added to the blocks Routes, Zones, and Sector, the check box Orders without Routing is displayed. |
6. Check data and confirm load assembly.
