The Knowledge Base enables to attach files of different formats, so the corresponding register can be amplified.
For example, in Course Register, you can attach letters, certificates and other documents.
Procedures
To add a Knowledge Base:
1. Select Knowledge in the menu.
System displays a screen subdivided into two areas.
2. In the left side, you find the data of the file attached, with the following fields:
For example:
In Course Register, the Entity is Employees (name of RA1 table, registering data from the register of courses).
The following buttons are available in this area, so you can preview the file attached:
Select them according to need.
3. Also, the name of files attached to the knowledge base are related, in reference to the knowledge placed on the left area of the screen.
4. On the right side of the screen, a sample of the file selected is displayed.
