Objective

The objective of this guide is to present the procedures required to perform Fluig update.

To track information on Scheduled Update and on the Mandatory Update Cycle, access Fluig Update.

Procedures to perform Fluig update

To perform the Fluig update, you must follow the steps described below:

It is essential to stop all services before you update Fluig.
To perform backup we recommend to follow the guide: Fluig application backup.
If there is a need to downgrade, the base must be restored to the version backup.
About the downgrade: If Fluig is updated to version 1.3.6 and you wish to return to version 1.3.5, you must restore version 1.3.5 backup, not containing the data added in the most current version.

Download Fluig from Customer Portal or from https://suporte.fluig.com/download and unzip it.

Stop services Fluig, Fluig_MemCached and Fluig_RealTime.

Run Fluig installer and choose the "Update my installation" option.

Click "Next" until the system presents the message that the update has completed successfully.

Start the services following this order:
1. Fluig_MemCached;
2. Fluig_RealTime;
3. FLUIG.
