O sistema está duplicando as marcações, quando é executado o U_PONSHCEDULER para mais de uma filial e quando possui mais de uma thread configurada.

Ajuste na rotina para executar corretamente a leitura e apontamento em caso de Multithreads se estiver configurada para mais de uma filial.
