This routine was adjusted to comply with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Statute No. 13.70), so that some fields containing data regarded as sensitive and/or personal are blurred, becoming illegible.

01. OVERVIEW

This report displays the list of sundry collections that settled pending bills.

02. PROCEDURES

To issue collection receipts:

  1. In Collections, click Parameters.
  2. Fill in the fields according to the field help instructions.
  3. Check the information and confirm.
  4. The report generation window is displayed to configure the print.
  5. Click each tab to select the print type (in a disk, through the spool, etc.), define which register fields must be displayed in the report, create print filters, etc.
  6. Check the configuration and confirm.
