Recalculation of Petty Cash (FINA570 SIGAFIN)


Purpose
To recalculate the petty cash balance according to the transactions since the last updating.

Procedures

To recalculate petty cash balances:

  1. In Petty cash recalculation.

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check and confirm the data.
4. The system returns to the screen describing the routine.
5. Confirm it.
6. Recalculation needed performed.

Check it out:

  1. The routine does not recalculate petty cash balance with Closing status.
  2. The petty cash balance cannot have negative value.
  3. In case there are records pertinent to the petty cash (SET) and transactions (SEU).
