By participating in a community, it is possible to have access to shared content in it.
When the cloud feature of relationship is active, it is necessary that the user is a member of the same cloud of relationship in which the desired community is inserted. Otherwise, when requesting participation in the community, a message is displayed informing you that the action cannot be performed due to access restrictions. 01. In the search tool, enter the name of the community that wishes to participate.
02. Trigger Participate.
