The Original Value field represents the accounting value in currency 01. It is used to validate data of recoverable value processing and is obtained through validation of the following rule:

• When the sales value (Sales field) is higher than or equal to the original value, the asset's recoverable value (Value field) is equal to the original value.
• When the sales value (Sales field) is lower than the original value, the asset's recoverable value (Value field) is the difference between the original and sales values.
