Review AVP
It allows entering the required data for controlling and forming of AVP (Asset Current Value) into fixed asset forms already registered, besides maintaining the AVP index used in forms already configured.
Fixed Asset AVP revision may occur due to changes in the AVP index of the fixed asset form or of the fixed asset project register. AVP revision is only performed if the value of the new AVP is the same or higher than the accumulated depreciation of the current AVP (type 14), calculated until the revision date.
Requirements
You must perform the following registrations to use in AVP calculations:
| • | Standard Entries for accounting of the AVP processes. |
Procedures
Reviewing AVP index:
| 1. | In Review AVP, select an AVP constitution. |
| 2. | Click Review. |
The Current Value Adjustment (AVP) Revision - Review screen is displayed.
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Note how the following field is filled out: |
| • | AVP Index: Enter the financial index code to be used for the new constitution, as of the current date. |
| 5. | Check data and Confirm. |
