01. OVERVIEW

You can use this routine to approve or reject the request, closing the Workshop in the process of posting or transferring a Fixed Asset.


You may also enable or disable Workflow control by setting the parameter MV_ATFWFM (1=On, 2=Off). If enabled, the system controls the flow and an e-mail is sent to the party responsible for the asset for approval of the request. If disabled, the approval is done manually in the system through the routine.


02. APPROVAL

In module Fixed Assets, access Updates/Transactions/Transfer or Posting Approval (ATFA126):

  1. Access the option Transfer/Posting Analysis.
  2. The system displays a window for approving registered transfer/posting requests.
  3. Select a record with a pending request
  4. Click Approve.
  5. Enter data in accordance with field help instructions.
  6. Check and confirm the data.


03. REJECTION

In module Fixed Assets, access Updates/Transactions/Transfer or Posting Approval (ATFA126):

  1. Access the option Transfer/Posting Analysis.
  2. The system displays a window for approving registered transfer/posting requests.
  3. Select a record with a pending request
  4. Click Reject.
  5. Check and confirm the data.


The rejection history fields (NM_CDHREJ and NM_HISTREJ) are not available for use onscreen, but only in the WorkFlow process. Be mindful that the default WorkFlow process via Fluig of routines ATFA125 and ATFA126 have been discontinued.
