Speaking of getting the folder's main list...
The main list of a folder is a list containing all of its documents, and may also list the documents contained in its sub-folders, if so defined.
The characteristics of the documents that should be considered when generating the main list can be determined. For example, the user can choose to display documents with an expiration date, in order to find out which have already expired and which are about to expire.
Get the folder's main list
01. After clicking on the option Main list, found under More in the action bar on the top left of the window, define the data that should be considered when generating the main list.
Required information:
Displays documents in sub-folders
When checked, this option determines that the documents in sub-folders of the selected folder will be displayed on the main list.
Displays expired documents
When checked, this option determines that the documents with an expiration date that are expired will be displayed on the main list.
Displays unreleased documents
When checked, this option determines that the documents that have not yet been released, i.e., which have an expiration date later than the current date will be displayed on the main list.
Displays approval history
When checked, this option determines that the approval history of documents that require approval will be displayed on the main list.
Displays controlled copy log
When checked, this option determines that the controlled copy log of documents will be displayed.
Displays quota consumed
When checked, determines this option determines that the storage quota consumption data for the folder will be displayed. This option is only displayed when Quota control is enabled.
Document type
Type of document should be displayed in the main list of the folder.
Approval status
Current approval status of documents that must be considered when displaying the documents on the main list.
Posted by
Publisher user that must be considered when displaying the documents on the folder's master list.
02. Click on Create list.
03. View the folder's main list containing the requested data.
