In this routine you must define the accounting entities used in Management Accounting along with their names and whether or not they control balances.
If you define that an entity must control balance (field Control), balance update in tables is enabled, allowing to compose the balance of such accounting entities.
Note: Registration of entities Ledger Account, Cost Center, Accounting Item and Class Value is automatically preset by the system.
Besides those four preset accounting entities, the entity RUC - Taxpayer Single Registration is also configured.

Procedures
To configure an accounting entity:
Important: If parameter MV_CTBCUBE is set to 1, the System displays the screen Accounting Entity Configuration along with the Chart of Accounts. |
1. In Accounting Entity Configuration, click Add.
2. The screen is displayed to define the accounting entities in use.
3. Define the accounting entities and observe the filed:
- Control - Yes / No: defines if the entity must control the balance, updating the table balance.
4. Check the data and confirm.
