Speaking of defining folder or document as favorite...

The favorites feature allows you to bookmark a folder or document that is posted in document browsing to make access to content quicker and easier.

When a folder or document is defined as favorite, it is displayed in Favorite documents in the main menu, where you can view and access all the content defined as favorite.

You can also define a folder or a document as favorite from search results. For more information, see Search results.

Remember that there are several types of documents, such as an extension file supported by the platform, an article, an external document, and others. All of them can be defined as favorites.


Define folder or document as favorite


01. After you locate the folder or document that you wish to define as favorite, click on the Add to favorites icon, represented by a star and located to the right of folder or document name.



Remove folder or document from favorites


01. Find the folder or document that you wish to remove from favorites.

02. Click on the Remove from favorites icon, represented by a star, located below the folder or document name.
