Parameter MV_CTBFLAG allows saving flags within transaction control of SIGACTB or not.
When you set this parameter to .T., the SIGACTB transaction control protects the booking process against server failure if booking is in progress.
And saves the booking flag as specified by the source routine.
When you set it to .F., the source routine becomes responsible for controlling the transaction, not SIGACTB.
The result of both settings on the booking flag selection is the same. The difference is which module controls the booking transaction.
The source routine sets the flag selection rules.
Content of parameter:
1 - .T. Enables selection of booking flags in transaction control;
2 - .F. Flag selection remains through routine that calls the booking, out of transaction control.

In Online/Offline booking, the system saves detail lines of Counterproof file (CTK) even before it displays the booking screen related to standard entry.
After you click "Confirm" on the booking screen, the system saves the accounting entries not deleted from table CT2.
If any accounting entry line (Debit, Credit or Double Entry) related to the record to be booked has been DELETED, the system does not remove the flag from the record, assuming the user did not want its booking.
