Deleting an Order
You can delete the order issued for the customer as long as information has not been sent to the back office.
Procedures
Deleting an order:
| 1. | In the order folder, select the order you want. |
| 2. | Click Delete. |
Deletion message is displayed.
| 3. | Click OK to confirm it. |
A message is displayed to confirm deletion.
| 4. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the service window in the order folder.
