The message feature allows a user to start a conversation with other participant via fluig Messaging through their profile or business card, which is displayed by moving the cursor over the contact's name.
The company administrator has to enable fluig Messaging in the Control Panel for this feature to be available.
01. To start a conversation with a user, go to their profile page and click the Message button.
If there are no conversations between the two users, fluig Messaging will start one. If there are, the users will be directed to the previously started conversation.
01. Keep the mouse cursor placed over the name of the user with whom you want to talk so that the business card is displayed.
The business card is available on the walls on the Home and Social pages and in the communities, and also in the general search and search by users results.
02. Click the Message button.
