01. OVERVIEW

Tool in Approval

TOTVS Sales Management is still in the approval phase, and has been released only for pilot customers.

This routine processes all Sales Orders integrated through TOTVS Sales Management and must be previously registered in the Protheus' Schedule.


Processing

Records with Status "processing" for a period longer than one hour are changed to the Error Status.

03. SCHEDULE REGISTER

Configurator (SIGACFG) > Environment > Schedule > Schedule

For the integration between TOTVS Sales Management and the Protheus server to occur correctly, you must first register the TGVA002JOB schedule. This JOB is responsible for all processes in the Integrations Processing queue.

Recurrence

The entered recurrence period may directly interfere with the time for syncing the Sales Order and TOTVS Sales Management.

04. RECORDS PROCESSING

  • When you register the JOB TGVA002JOB in the schedule routine, its processing starts in accordance with the set recurrence term. All records of table Processing Queue Control with Status (Z1_STATUS) equal to zero (waiting for processing).
  • When you start processing a record, its status automatically changes to 1 - Processing. If the record is successfully processed, its status changes to 2 - Finished or, in case of error, to 3 - Error.
  • When you finish processing the record, a Notification is added for the sales representative entered in the Sales Order.
  • The records are prioritized on Date and Time of Receipt.



Custom Fields

You may register the fields customized for Schedule execution in table A1W, in which a From/To of TOTVS Sales Management is performed for Protheus fields.
