To Add

This option allows you to view register in macro form. All options available for question register are in screen in Protheus standard register form.

Important:

Depending on configuration between Display and Question Type, some fields must be mandatory, although they are not in blue.

Examples:

•	Characters limit -> mandatory only for written answer.

•	Folder Lines and Columns -> available only when question type is not written text.

This does not happen when questions are added in Wizard, once system sequentially displays necessary configuration according to options selection.

Procedures

To add questions:

1.	System displays screen for question registration in different folders after selecting Add:

•	Folder Question Data

•	Folder Structure

•	Folder Goal

•	Folder Alternatives

•	Folder Lines or Columns

2.	Select them as you need.

3.	Search is in Related Features to locate item.

Select it as you need.

4.	After filling out question data, confirm them.
