Deleting a Message
Use this option to delete messages not yet sent to the back office.
Procedures
To delete a message:
| 1. | In the message management window, choose desired message and click View. |
The view window is displayed.
| 2. | Click Delete. |
A message is displayed to confirm the deletion.
| 3. | Click OK to confirm. |
A confirmation message is displayed.
| 4. | Click OK. |
The system shall return to the message management window.
