Editing a Message
After adding and saving a message, this option lets you make changes, but only if the message has not yet been sent to the back office.
Procedures
To edit a message:
| 1. | In the sent messages window, choose desired message and click Edit. |
The message edition window is displayed.
| 2. | Check the changes made and click Save. |
A confirmation message is displayed.
| 3. | Click OK. |
The system shall return to the message management window.
