Setting the Add to calendar widget allows creating events that those interested can later add as an appointment to their Outlook, Google, Apple or Yahoo calendar.
01. Edit the page where the Add to calendar widget will be inserted.
02. Add the widget to the slot of your choice.
03. Define the settings of your choice.
Required information:
Event name
Name of the event to be held.
Local
Where the event will be held.
Start
Date and time the event starts.
End
Date and time the event finishes.
Time zone
Time zone considered to start and end of the event.
Organizer
Organizer of the event to be held.
Organizer’s e-mail
Email from the organizer of the event for contact by interested parties.
Description
Description of the event to be held.
04. Click Save.
05. Click the settings menu and Post the page.
06. To add the event to a calendar, just click Add to calendar, located in the widget, after posting the page.
