Accessing FDA

To use FDA - Fast Delivery Automation, the business agent must be identified through password. Up to 3 access attempts with an invalid password are allowed. In the third attempt, the system is closed.

The business agent must confirm the right password, access FDA again, and enter it.

Procedures

Accessing FDA:

1. In the application window, click FDA.

The user password window is displayed, indicating the sales representative data (name and code) and requesting a password.

2. In the Password field, enter the password of sales representative or business agent.
3. Click Next.

The main window of FDA is displayed.
