Accounting Item and Value Class

Payroll accounting integration occurs at computation and, according to the configuration of the MV_ITMCLVL parameter, it may be performed only by Cost Center (if set as 2- No) or by Accounting Item and Value Class (if set as 1 - Yes) as well, allowing more system flexibility at costing.

Important!

When configuring the MV_ITMCLVL parameter as 1 - Yes, only the Payroll Report issues the data by Cost Center or Accounting Item and Value Class.

All other reports issue data only by Cost Center.

Requirements:

Before using the accounting integration by Accounting Item and Value Class, you must:

1. Configure the MV_ITMCLVL parameter as 1-Yes;
2. Fill out the Cost C., Acc. Item and Val. Class fields in the Cost Center Register;
3. Fill out the Acc. Item and the Val. Class fields in the Employee Register;

When defined as 2-No, accounting integration is based on Cost Center and the Acc. Item and Val. Class fields are not displayed.
