Campaign
The campaign file enables the definition of criteria to recover the points that can be exchanged per purchase vouchers gifts or self-liquidate. These criteria can be altered according to the retail period and the average punctuation of customers.
In this routine, the campaign registration data must be entered (code, name, date, initial/final status) and the criteria of how the exchange must be carried out.
Procedures
To add a campaign:
| 1. | In Campaign, select Add. |
The addition window is displayed, divided in two areas.
| • | Header - In this area, enter campaign registration data. |
| • | Camp. Name: Enter name of campaign carried out. |
| • | Initial/Final Date: Enter interval of date to add the beginning and the end of the campaign. |
| • | Status: Enter campaign status. |
| • | Items - This area is composed of 3 folders: |
| • | Gift |
| 2. | Check information and confirm it. |
