Changing a Message
After adding and saving a message, this option enables changes if the message has not been sent to the back office.
Procedures
Changing a message:
| 1. | In the window of messages sent, select the message you want and click Change. |
A window is displayed to change the message.
| 2. | Check the changes made and click Save. |
A message is displayed for confirmation.
| 3. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the message maintenance window.
