Configurations
This routine purports to change the Product Query window view, so you can choose the window in which to best display product details.
This routine is only displayed in the SFA-CRM menu if parameter MV_SFACFG is configured by the backoffice. |
Procedures
To configure the product query window:
| 1. | In the main system window, click SFA-CRM - Main. |
| 2. | Select Config. |
The module configuration window is displayed.
| 3. | In Select Module, leave the Product option selected. |
| 4. | In Choose Screen, check one of the available alternatives. |
Default
This window displays product details per group.
Optional
This window lists all products, so you can lookup products by code or description.
After choosing a product, you can check its details in the Detail and Price folders.
Specific
Allows product lookup window display to be changed through a customer configured window.
| 5. | After choosing window type, click Back to confirm it. |
The system returns to main SFA-CRM window.
