Credit Analysis
This option enables viewing the customer's current position, with data for credit analysis.
Procedures
To query credit analysis:

Once  is selected, the system displays a window listing the following information: |

Customer's classification status indicating if he/she is \"good\" or \"bad\" in the credit profile. |

Pending installments (pending bills) |
| • |
Credit limit (how much the customer owns of total credit limit) |
| • |
Limit used (with how much credit limit the customer has compromised) |
| • |
Available limit (difference between credit limit and limit used) |

Once the customer's credit analysis is carried out, confirm. |
