Deleting a Message
This option enables you to delete messages not sent to the back office.
Procedures
Deleting a message:
| 1. | In the message maintenance window, select the message you want and click View. |
The view window is displayed.
| 2. | Click Delete. |
A message is displayed to confirm the deletion.
| 3. | Click OK to confirm it. |
A message is displayed for confirmation.
| 4. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the message maintenance window.
