Document Numbers Tab
This tab contains fields for registering employee documents and can be used in eventual routines as reports for single queries, as well as routines destined to comply with working and social security engagements, as SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, etc.
Main fields:
The fields Prof. Book. Chg. and PIS Chg., corresponding to the employee's PIS and professional booklet data changes, must be set as Yes, if any of these data have been changed during the month. If there are no changes, the system automatically considers the content of these fields as No on Monthly Closing. |
