Importers and Consignees
This record stores data of importers and consignees. If the consignee and the importer are the same person, it is not necessary to register him/her twice.
The Address is the field that will be displayed in the PO (Purchase Order) forms, Ship.Instructions and any other form with data of its company in the header. Like this, the other fields are used for the drafting of LIs and DIs. |
Procedures
To add Importers and Consignees:
| 1. | In Importer/Consignee, select Add. A window is displayed for insertion of the importer. |
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm it. |
