- In the Configurator, go to Environment / Registers / Menus. - Click the footer under All menus to uncheck all boxes, and check only the box of the desired module. Click OK. - In the middle column, click Add. - To INCLUDE an item: . On the right side, click the folder and subfolder where you want to add the menu item, and then click New Item. . Fill in the Description, Program, Module and Tables as indicated by the Module, then click OK. - To EDIT an item: . On the right side, click on the folder and subfolder, then on the name of the routine, and finally on Details. . Make the necessary changes and click OK. - After completing the additions/changes, click Generate. - In File, enter the name of the menu: . If you save by overwriting the default menu, enter the module name (for example, SIGACFG) and click Generate. . If you are going to save a new menu, enter the name of the menu to be created, and click Generate. - Click Close.
After creating the menu, you can assign it directly to a user, or to a group, if it belongs to one.
Assigning a menu to a USER: - Access the menu User / Passwords / Users. - Click on the user, then click Change. - Click on the tab Access Restrictions / Environments. - Find the module that will use this menu, then, in the File column, double-click the .xnu file path. - Change the name of the file, indicating the name of the menu you created in the previous step. Note: Instead of typing the name, you can click on File the footer of the page, then on the "..." button and select the path where the file is. - After the change, click Confirm.
