Purchase Voucher File

This routine allows companies that wish to use the purchase voucher in the loyalty campaign to be able to have points computed for each sale, according to the punctuation defined by the system administrator.

This way, the value determined for the purchase voucher can be used as payment for future purchases.

In this routine, information of the purchase voucher card to be used by the customer can be defined.

Procedures

To add a purchase voucher:

1. In Purchase Voucher, select Add.

The addition window is displayed.

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

3. Check the information and confirm.

 

Important:

If there is sales canceling, the system automatically performs points canceling in the Purchase Voucher.
