Release Reason
In this routine, the release reason/use of purchase voucher can be registered. This information is used when some redemption with expired term is carried out.
Example:
When a costumer recovers points and the term for redemption is expired, the system will request a password for release and the reason.
Procedures
To add a release reason:
| 1. | In Release Reason, select Add. |
The Add window is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check information and confirm it. |
