Superior Labor Court
In the Superior Labor Court - TST, the judge indicated for the process analyses the judgments, reviews the claims and renders a new and final judgment.
As a last appeal, the injured party can file a Motion. When TST judgment is appealed, the lawsuit is analyzed by SDI - Individual Settlements Subsection of TST. SDI decision cannot be denied and will be the final judgment, with no applicable appeal, motion or any interposition.
